Job Description
Summary:
Assists in the examination, treatment and care of patients. Also, responsible for phones, appointments, obtaining insurance authorizations for test/surgeries, medical record preparation.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Two (2) years medical office background with medical terminology knowledge preferred.
- Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- CPR certification required (American Heart Association).
