Responsible for participation in Business Partners activities such as employee retention efforts (i.e. meeting with employees, exit interviews, satisfaction surveys, etc.); coordinate and support leadership on-boarding and training; provide technical and system support for Business Partner team. Provide support and participate in Employee Relations issues and departmental and system wide projects and initiatives.

  • Certification/Licensure
    PHR, SPHR preferred
  • Education
    • Associates' degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, Human Resources or other related fields. Bachelors' degree is preferred.
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years in healthcare; human resources and/or business related setting.
